Sutton analyses and predicts Liverpool's game against Palace in the first Premier League match of the week.

After beating Bologna in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday night, Liverpool will return to the Premier League, where they will play their first match of the week away to winless Crystal Palace. BBC Sport pundit Chris Sutton has an interesting analysis of the match, saying:

“Clubs that play in both the Champions League and the Premier League always try to find a balance, but Liverpool have been playing away from home and starting early in the day. For Arne Schlott’s side, they need to win in whatever form they can before the international break.”

“They came through Bologna on Wednesday night and were not in good enough shape and, although I expect this ยูฟ่าเบท game to be tight, I see them taking three points against Crystal Palace, who are struggling a bit.”

“Along with Wolves, Southampton, Leicester and Ipswich, the Eagles are one of five teams yet to win a league game. Oliver Glasner did well in charge last season but he must be careful because at these odds Roy Hodgson could be back in charge by Christmas.”
